Managing Director

Ethics Consulting is a young ethics consulting and training firm which has recently, in conjunction with leading experts internationally, completed development of a word-class ethics and values training tool for the corporate and government markets.

The company establishes distribution partnerships with leading consultancies in related fields, with existing client bases, in order to take this tool (and new tools and services under development) to market. Partnerships exist in Australia (where some large sales have already been concluded), France, the US and Ireland. Ethics Consulting is now also looking to sell directly to corporate and government clients in Australia.

We require a Managing Director with the necessary skillset to sell values and ethics consulting/ training services directly to corporate and government clients, in Australia and potentially inernationally as well. The Managing Director will also be responsbile for sourcing and establishing more distribution partnerships internationally. (Delivery of the tools are managed by expert facilitators - the MD is not involved in this.)

This initially will be an equity only role - no salary except for possibly commissions. However no capital outlay is required. Part time or full time.

Necessary criteria

• Proven high-level experience in selling training or consulting services.
• Proven experience in dealing with leadership of large / multinational corporations.
• Proven success in Business Development / bringing in new clientelle, for a consulting/ training company.

Preferable

• A knowledge of the business ethics and corporate values field
• Entrepreneurial experience
• A large network of corporate and government contacts
• Experience in tendering for government contracts
