Katherine Women’s Information and Legal Services (KWILS) is a non-profit community legal centre that provides free and confidential legal services to all women in the Katherine region.

KWILS provides legal information and advice, legal assistance, court representation, and community legal education.

About the opportunity

KWILS now has a rewarding full-time or part-time opportunity for a Support Officer (Domestic Violence) to join their team in Katherine, NT.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the Senior Solicitor and clients of KWILS.

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you are an open-minded, pro-active, and motivated individual who is passionate about assisting women who have experienced domestic and/or family violence.

Candidates who have previously worked in a similar position are strongly encouraged to apply, however, previous experience is not a mandatory requirement of this role.

About the benefits

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration circa $54,769 - $69,723 (negotiable with skills and experience) plus super, 6 weeks annual leave, 17.5% annual leave loading, generous relocation assistance, and salary packaging options.
