The Team

Based in our Woolloomooloo office, as part of the wider Marketing and Fundraising Division, you will join the team responsible for planning, implementing and managing CCNSWs major fundraising campaign portfolios to achieve agreed income and public relations targets through the development of strong multi-tiered peer to peer campaigns, that are aligned to our brand, attracts new supporters and ensures the retention of existing supporters networks.

The Role

Reporting to the Campaigns Manager - Peer to Peer, your success will be measured by your ability to deliver outstanding technical expertise, resulting in revenue targets achieved, utilising your exceptional and project management skills, digital experience and website development/testing.

Working collaboratively with the wider Divisions, your key responsibilities will:

  • Implementation of the portfolio strategy and individual campaign strategies
  • Assist with the growth across acquisition, retention, cross-sell and maximizing supporter journey through following best practice online methods
  • Work with numerous external agencies and partners for strategy, website development, partners, media buyers and creative developers.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to increase and drive fundraising & participation across the state
  • Development and execution of campaign go to market activity strategies, in line with peer to peer campaign strategy
  • Providing comprehensive, timely briefs to internal divisions and working closely to ensure all stakeholders involved in Campaign Delivery have everything they need to deliver best practice fundraising campaigns and conversely that you use supporter insights to drive Campaigns to greater success
  • Development and execution of local promotional and marketing plans in consultation with local regions
  • Coordinate the reporting and analysis of online marketing channels and be responsible for continuous improvement strategies toward marketing effectiveness
  • Coordinate the tracking and reporting of the income and expense targets for Peer to Peer campaigns
  • Management of the campaign website content and social media activity
  • Manage all areas of each campaign ensuring all tasks are completed according to the project timelines


This varied role will utilise your ability to adapt and tailor your approach and your genuine collaborative style. You will also bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as business and/or marketing, or equivalent demonstrated relevant experience.
  • Exceptional project management experience
  • Previous experience with not-for-profit campaign activities.
  • Previous experience with managing media and/or creative agencies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Well-developed planning, implementation and reporting & tracking skills.
  • Strong computer skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous experience of working to achieve income targets.
  • Strong understanding and experience with excel & online communication tools.

Specific experience in digital marketing (including social, SEM and SEO) will be looked on favourably.
