About the role:

Working in the Cara Connect team, this role reports to the Commercial Manager and is focussed on handling all customer enquiries on the phone, as well as handling all administration work including the submission of price estimates and assistance with tenders as required among other duties.

You will need:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
  • High degree of empathy and positive approach
  • Ability to multitask, proficient in using phone and IT technology
  • Solid understanding and passion for disability industry
  • Experienced in Excel
  • Experience in meeting deadlines and administration
  • Ability to travel intra and interstate
  • Previous sales and services experience (Desirable but not essential)
  • Current South Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Current Department of Human Services (DHS) Disability screening clearance essential
