  • Reuse Referral Service
  • 5 days with 2 afternoons off (Monday to Friday)
  • 29.5 hours/week @ $16.50/hour
  • One year permanent-part-time, subject to 3 month review

The position involves dealing directly with customer enquiries regarding the transfer of unwanted goods. The Bower has partnered with many councils in Sydney’s inner, southern and eastern suburbs, to help residents find reuse and recycling opportunities so unwanted household and light commercial goods may be diverted from landfill.

In general tasks include customer service, liaising with councils, data entry, reporting and promotion of the service with occasional retail work and heavy lifting involved.
