Using your understanding of child development and factors that can impede a child's development you will provide a case management service to young people between the ages of 12 and 17 who reside in Residential Care.

The Residential Case Manager and Leaving Care Case Manager positions (please refer to separate Leaving Care Case Manager advert) can be combined to form one full time position for the right candidate. Please indicate your interest in this when applying.

A relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline is essential for this position.
