Our Recruitment and Training Organisation specialise in providing traineeships to school leavers and those returning to the workforce. Reporting to the CEO you will lead the Recruitment and Training Division to support the achievement of WorkVentures mission in line with contractual requirements, organisational, financial and social objectives.
As the Head of Recruitment and Training you will be required to accelerate the division’s growth and financial sustainability and manage the current operations
To be successful in this role you will need proven experience in business management and development. You will need to keep abreast of industry developments, analyse market trends and business prospects, implement appropriate strategies in line with operating a viable business. You will have a prospecting mindset; excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills; and proven success in identifying, approaching and securing new business. You are results driven and accountable, operate with integrity, and will take satisfaction from applying your skills and experience to a worthwhile social cause.
As part of your role, you will demonstrate effective;
- Operational management of the Group Training and Registered Training Organisation in line with DEEWR and DET NSW guidelines
- Superior relationship management ensuring successful partnerships with government, businesses, other not-for-profit organisations, host employers and funding partners.
- People management and business development competencies.
- Excellent communications skills and outstanding customer service delivery
- Strategic continuous improvement of both the GTO and RTO
- Proven success in the financial growth of an RTO & and development or new revenue channels.
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter with proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain business growth objectives. Previous experience within a training or recruitment organisation will be highly regarded. You will already have an intimate knowledge of the recruitment and training market including strong networks and contacts.
