Finance Manager

Bicycle Network Victoria is a not for profit health charity comprised of nearly 50,000 members that promotes the health, welfare and interests of all current and future bike riders through its purpose of More People Cycling More Often. We run iconic bike rides such as Bupa Around the Bay and the RACV Great Victorian Bike Ride, conduct behaviour change programs such as Ride2School and Ride to Work, campaign to improve bike riding facilities, and support and promote the rights of riders.

We’re now looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to:

• lead the Finance Team
• manage the financial operations of the organisation
• provide insightful management reports
• streamline the transaction process
• comply with statutory requirements
• manage the control framework

Reporting to the COO, you will be a member of the Leadership Team and inspire all team members with your effectiveness and decisiveness.

The ideal candidate is:

• CA qualified
• experienced at managing a team
• great at communicating financial concepts to non financial people
• able to spot a problem from 50 paces
• not frightened to have a go
• looking to make a difference with a great organisation
