Join our Workplace Mental Health Education team!

We now have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our dynamic, high impact Education team. The Workplace Education Manager provides program and project management of Black Dog Institute workplace education, engaging directly with workplaces to take proactive steps to build workplace mental health and wellbeing. Through the promotion of Black Dog Institute workplace training programs and resources, this role contributes to the increased reach, impact and financial sustainability of Black Dog Institute Education programs.

Essential Criteria

  1. Excellent networking, consultation, liaison and negotiation skills, with proven ability to identify and establish new business.
  2. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and all aspects of program delivery to deadline and budget/targets.
  3. Proven ability to work independently and contribute effectively as a team member.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  5. Experience in operating within a high-volume sales environment that focus on Consultative Sales Approach.
  6. High level computer literacy across MS Office suite and other CRM based programs.
  7. A knowledge of EEO principles and OH&S responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant OH&S training.
