Are you a Support Worker who is passionate about making a difference in assisting people with Disabilities to achieve their goals and live a lifestyle of their choice? If so, we would like to talk to you!
We currently work for a number of clients in the Mandurah, Kwinana and Byford areas that are looking for Support Workers to assist them with a variety of skills. Activities include accessing local community, recreation, gym and fitness programs, developing independent living skills, cooking and diet management.
Ideally you will be a great communicator who can think outside of the square and have that 'can do' attitude to really motivate and empower people to achieve their goals. It is also essential that you are reliable, punctual, and creative and have a good sense of humor.
You will be working as part of a team that will include hands on training from skilled professionals as well as ongoing support. It would help to have knowledge of local resources and you must demonstrate a contemporary understanding and attitude towards working with people who have a disability.
The successful candidate must have working rights within Australia, and possess (or be willing to obtain) a current National Police Clearance valid within one year, a current First Aid Certificate, a WA Driver's License and access to a car (a mileage allowance will be paid).

- Casual – $34.36 per hour + 9.5% superannuation
- Part-time – $27.49 per hour + 9.5% superannuation + generous tax-free salary packaging benefits
