- Employer: REASWA, The Renewable Energy Association of Swaziland
- Location: Swaziland
The Renewable Energy Association of Swaziland is a small organisation with good networks, working to assess and educate on sustainable cleaner energy options.
It runs small energy efficiency projects in communities, as well as energy audits, aiming to practically assist communities and bigger organisations in saving energy and natural resources. The projects are currently small, such as reducing firewood use in home (outside) ovens, small piggery biogas use. You could help it expand the size and scope of the projects and increase staff knowledge in project management and energy audits.
This is a great opportunity for a very community-minded and experienced, hands-on person with substantial experience in renewable, sustainable and practical energy options, using locally-appropriate and sustainable resources.
It's an exciting opportunity. If you are flexible and happy in a changing and challenging environment, this could be the one for you.
