Vanuatu Netball Association (VNA) is the umbrella body in charge of the delivery of netball services across Vanuatu.  It is just beginning phase II of a plan for a 15-year mission in 3 phases.  A successful implementation of Phase I has been marked by the securing of the community netball outreach program funding from NZAID.

With an enhanced focus on the livelihood and wellbeing of women and girls in sport, Vanuatu Netball is also on a mission to become an agent of social harmony ensuring access for women and girls to basic sport and life skills.  Furthering the underlying target of Phase II (which is the development of young aspiring girls at school age) the Emerging Talent Program, under a Game Development Pathway, sees VNA elevate sporting opportunities for girls to high performance and international netballing.

Ultimately the pathway will lead to the players having exposure to a range of international games including much anticipated participation in the World Cup.

To be successful in this role, your experience and skills will need to include:

• Successful results in the development and management of Netball Programs
• Demonstrated successful experience in Emerging Talent pathway development and experience in talent identification
