Now at 60 staff internationally, ATEC* is entering the next exciting phase of expanding this technology commercially across Asia-Pacific and is recruiting an Australian-based Lead Engineer to drive further product development and support local teams in target countries. About the role

ATEC* is seeking talented and experienced candidates who are looking to use their engineering and project management skills to deliver significant social and environmental impact. The ideal candidate will be aligned with ATEC's 3 core values of; leading by example, results-focused and continuous innovation.

  • Project manage and rollout new payment integrations across product, hardware, software and finance
  • Oversee Quality Assurance of product, technical services team and suppliers
  • Project manage new product development
  • Train and support new Technical Services team leaders
  • Support CEO in establishment of new markets

12 month contract full time position with potential for further extension, role reports to CEO.

Skills and experience

  • Project management skills
  • Engineering degree in a related field. 
  • Proven communication skills to coach and manage direct reports and stakeholders to achieve outcomes
  • Minimum 5 years experience. Waste or energy related is viewed favourably but not required
  • Experience working across cultures
