You will grow and diversify fundraising income through existing income streams and implementing innovative new fundraising products. Development and performance management of the fundraising strategy and team is key to taking Red Cross to the next level, as is success in implementing donor relationship and donor care programs. We need the best in the sector - a leader with a proven track record in delivering results on a large scale, across multiple channels and locations and with demonstrated experience in shaping large and newly formed teams. We are looking for someone very special to tap into the generosity of the Australian public in order to change the lives of vulnerable people in Australia and overseas.
