About the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Officer

You'll join our dedicated and friendly finance team, where you'll bring a 'customer first' approach to your work as you provide high quality and organised AP/AR services. You'll be responsible for managing supplier accounts and providing accurate End-to-End Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable services.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a ongoing part-time role (0.8 FTE)

Your Passion and Commitment will see you:

  • Provide end-to-end Accounts Payable services (inc. invoice processing, vendor payments, remittance advice, etc.)
  • Provide end-to-end Accounts Receivable services (inc. reconciliations, debtor collections, credit applications, etc.)
  • Manage and Set-up Supplier Accounts
  • Manage company credit cards, reconciliations and employee reimbursements
  • Reconcile balance sheets for receivables, payables, and assigned accounts

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • 3+ years Accounts Payable and Receivable experience
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with an ability to meet competing deadlines
  • A customer first approach to work, with clear and effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience implementing and working with a range of Accounts Payable and Receivable software
