About the Role.

This role will play an instrumental role in providing Employee Relations guidance and support across the organisation, collaborating with various strategic HR initiatives and contribute to the development and maintenance of our workplace relations framework. along with other industrial requirements to drive Waverley’s success and strategic vision.

This role is part time (4 days a week ) and hours can be flexible and subject to negotiation

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor who can demonstrate experience with the following:

  • Providing advice and support to managers in managing staffing and performance related matters.
  • Undertaking workplace investigations.
  • Advising management on Human Resources best practice and utilisation of organisation policy and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources/Employee Relations/
  • Possess the ability to act autonomously in resolving HR and ER issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in an /ER advisory role, demonstrated ability to develop appropriate strategies, solutions, and interventions to address a diversity of complex employee relations matters.
  • Exposure to formal proceedings involving Employees, FWC, or other external bodies/parties.

$15,990 in optional salary packaging benefits, for living expenses, meals and holiday accommodation
