Our vision is for “positive, respectful, safe and fulfilling relationships for all Australians”.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible primarily for the facilitation of Men’s Behaviour Change Programs, undertaking eligibility assessments for the Family Violence Programs, providing Men’s case management, one on one support and conducting risk assessment and risk management of program participants. These roles also involve developing case plans for eligible clients that identify a range of realistic and achievable change goals and engage each client with other social and universal services as appropriate.
The permanent part time position is working three (3) days a week and the full time position is for 12 months covering parental leave with the possibility of extension. Both roles will be at our Cranbourne North centre and will require one evening shift.
We encourage candidates to apply as soon as possible by sending their application and resume so we can progress to interviews. You can view the attached position description for further information.
If you have a specific query contact Jackie Blake, Senior Manager – Southern and Eastern Melbourne on 0429 028 030.
Candidates will be required to provide evidence of their COVID-19 vaccination status or medical exemption during their application process.

We recognise the lifelong impacts of childhood trauma and recognise those who had children taken away from them. All staff must undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable) and Working with Children Check. RAV is a public benevolent institution.
