We have an amazing role that has been newly created working in our Business Systems Department as a Power Platform Developer.

Reporting to the Business Systems Manager our new Power Platform Developer will be responsible for providing essential expertise and support to ensure we are maximising the benefits of the Power Platform and Microsoft D365 Suite within OzChild.

The Power Platform Developer will be dedicated to improving OzChild’s digital capabilities to enhance user experiences and streamline business processes.

The role

• Oversee the development and deployment of solutions within the Power Platform using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design and build solutions using Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with third-party solution providers on system implementation projects
• Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in Microsoft Power Platform and present these to the relevant users.

What a successful candidate looks like

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple technology products at once
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple external technology partners
• Ability to interpret, provide strategic advice, and work collaboratively with colleagues to solve complex problems and ensure successful technology outcomes
• A deep passion for the work we do in support of vulnerable children and families.
