Minds & Meals is Domino’s Pizza Enterprises registered charity in Australia and New Zealand, based in Brisbane. We are dedicated to supporting youth mental health and disaster relief, delivering fresh hope in times of crisis. We currently partner exclusively with two major charity partners: Headspace and Youthline.

About the opportunity

We are currently seeking a volunteer Company Secretary who will work closely with our Chair and General Manager, to assist in the delivery of compliant operations of our Board and its committees. You will provide advice on corporate governance and lead the implementation of our governance framework and policies.

The commitment is approximately 8-10 hours per week with 4 Board meetings in person or remotely per year.

About You

You will have previous experience as a Company Secretary and have relevant tertiary qualifications in law, business or related.
