The Engagement Coordinator - Disability is key to our team being able to support people with disabilities to find suitable and quality housing.
The Housing Hub was established in 2017 with the mission to assist people with disabilities in discovering their ideal homes. We currently have thousands of properties listed on our website, making it easier than ever for housing seekers to find their perfect match. Our online platform fosters collaboration and empowers individuals to take charge of their housing journey.

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in a fixed term role that makes a real difference? We are seeking a dynamic Engagement Coordinator who will be responsible for developing a strategy, building a plan, and connecting with young people in residential aged care (YPIRAC), as well as their supporters and other stakeholders, including those in residential aged care, with the aim of generating referrals to the Aged Care to Home service provision team.
We are looking for someone adept at building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You should be tenacious and resilient, continuing to push for a positive result. Your exceptional communication skills should be backed up with strong administration and referral generation experience.
Employment Type: Fixed term contract to 27 June 2025, full time or agreed part-time. Located in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane
