  1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Family Contact Service team, including but not limited to managing schedules, coordinating appointments, answering inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Client Interaction: Interact with clients professionally and empathetically, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  3. Documentation Management: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, appointments, and service delivery, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and confidentiality protocols.
  4. Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between the Family Contact Service team and external stakeholders, including families, social workers, legal representatives, and other relevant parties.
  5. Learning and Development: Actively engage in learning opportunities related to child supervised contact, including attending training sessions, workshops, and seminars, and applying acquired knowledge to enhance service delivery.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of administrative processes and procedures within the Family Contact Service, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions as needed.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with colleagues within the Family Contact Service and across the organisation to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  8. An ability to Work under pressure and to multitask and prioritise tasks is essential as is an excellent phone manner.
