About us

Our vision is for an Australia where all workplaces are mentally healthy. Together with industry Partners, SuperFriend designs and delivers impactful mental health and wellbeing initiatives that enable safe working environments where everyone can be well and thrive. Our collaborative work with Partners (Super Funds and associated Insurers) and Customers (Businesses, Government Departments, Regulators and Unions) has kept mental health and suicide prevention on the agenda for over 15 years, achieving positive social and economic impacts.

About the opportunity

You will build and manage strong, ongoing relationships between SuperFriend, our Partners and our Customers – ensuring key stakeholders have visibility and understanding of, as well as access to, the benefits of our services and the positive impact they have on workplace mental health. You will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of client organisations and their needs.
  • Become an expert in, and educate Partners on, our products, solutions and services and how these support, supplement and elevate their respective mental health frameworks.
  • Monitor industry trends, legislative changes, annual reports and other activity from the mental health, insurance and superannuation landscapes to proactively inform and advise.
  • Leverage relevant SuperFriend research, solutions and initiatives to assist organisations with their own on-going workplace mental health journeys in a strategic and sustainable way.
  • Build and track adoption of services, seeking feedback and utilising this for continuous organisational improvement - contributing to both “the voice of the Partner” and “the voice of the Customer” at SuperFriend.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities, building new relationships inside & outside our current networks where it might contribute to the achievement of growth and impact targets.
  • Advocate for Partners and Customers, capturing feedback and requirements and work internally to ensure voice of Partner/Customer is embedded into future product and marketing strategies.
  • Actively participate within SuperFriend, contributing to our own thriving workplace culture, ensuring that we are aligned with the values and practices that we promote externally.

Key challenges will include having the adaptability to support diverse stakeholders - driving behaviour change at an organisational level and maintaining engagement over time - whilst also working sustainably in a fast-paced environment that requires high intra-function dependency within a lean structure where new processes are created, trialed and evolved.
