In a typical week, you are likely to do the following things:

Staff Management

• Monitor and support the team, providing ‘real time’ feedback on performance and deliver or organise on the job guidance and training where relevant.
• Monitor and review employee wellbeing, including proactive management of issues as they arise (and seeking assistance/support as may be required).
• Set expectations for employee performance and behaviour in a clear, concise, and transparent manner.
• Support staff to develop skills and capability to deliver quality case management including motivational interviewing, setting goals and expectations for participants, and devising strategies for support participants on their journey to employment.
• Model high emotional intelligence, compassion, and empathy.

Site & Performance Management

• Manage the delivery of program(s) in accordance with contractual requirements, including performance indicators of the site.
• Complete regular reporting and evaluation of the program / service inclusive of monitoring of program performance, regular site file audits, target achievement, star ratings and budgets.
• Work with the team to understand factors affecting performance and devise strategies to address them.
