BHN (Better Health Network) is a leader in the Community Health sector, supporting the inner south and bay side suburbs of Melbourne.
As one of the first points of contact, you will provide effective screening and referral services to our clients, maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information, and build a positive rapport with a wide range of people, including clients, their family, friends and / or carers. The main purpose of this role is to support our clients to make the most appropriate link to our services and programs across BHN with professionalism, responsiveness, and a person-centred approach. You will do this by providing quality customer service on-site and over the phone to our clients, workforce, and community members.
Hiring for casual position for this role. Flexible working conditions including working from home or multiple sites across BHN. Immediate start available.
Extensive training will be provided onsite and is ongoing for at least the first six months.
