We are looking for a person to support the implementation of the Beautiful Shawl Project, and other community engagement activities to support and improve Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participation in the BreastScreen program.

You will have:

  • Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, Communities, and organisations, in a culturally safe and appropriate manner,
  • strong communication and negotiation skills,
  • ability to prioritise, and
  • good problem solving skills.

About the role:

The role is full time (0.8 FTE part time option for the right candidate) and is for 2 years. BreastScreen Victoria is in the process of developing an Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan.

Successful candidates are required to undertake a national, and where relevant international police check and have a current drivers license.
