We're seeking an enthusiastic Senior Workforce Development Lead to join our dedicated Disability Operations Team. This role involves managing other Workforce Development Leads while focusing on the development and implementation of learning and development plans within the Brotherhood of St Laurence (BSL) Disability Services Division.

As a Seinor Workforce Development Lead, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of learning and development plans for the NDIS workforce linked to BSL and NDIA service requirements, Disability Service standards, strategic and operational priorities, and NDIS review outcomes.
This position will also be responsible for line management of other Workforce Development Leads and form part of workforce learning and development team overseen by the Workforce Advisor.
This is a regional based role, working alongside Area and Senior Managers, responsible for supporting all the sites in that region.
There is an expectation that these roles are present at all local sites on a rotating basis.
Northern Region
Supporting sites located within the North East Melbourne Area (NEMA) and Hume Merri-bek Area (HMA)
Southern Region
Supporting sites located within the Bayside Peninsula Area (BPA)
Western Region
Supporting sites located within the Brimbank Melton Area (BMA) and Western Melbourne Area (WMA)
